Nice Views Over the Twin Lakes

Start: Tikitapu / Blue Lake is situated 9 km south-east of Rotorua, via Te Ngae Road then a right turn at the roundabout into Tarawera Road. Get Google Maps directions
The track circumnavigates the Blue Lake on an easy flat track through the native bush and Conifer forest surrounding the lake. View over the lake and its beaches throughout and it rises up to a saddle between the Blue and Green Lake – Rotokakahi lake which afford nice views over the twin lakes and the surrounding landscape.
