We’re seeking our next Customer Service Representative super star to work with our 100% Kiwi owned and operated business!
You’ll be an integral of the team helping get our customers on the road; your responsibilities will include:
- Being a manager of first and last impressions, welcoming customers and supporting them through their car rental journey, from their initial quotes, facilitating reservations and answering questions they may have about their car rental journey.
- Processing customer rental transactions, managing customer accounts, communicating damage charges and sales of value added products.
- Contributing to overall team sales performance
- Being continually customer centric and striving to exceed customer expectations – ensuring our customers love the Ezi experience and come back for more
- Administrative tasks as directed by your Manager
To apply you’ll need;
- Good attention to detail
- Fantastic time management and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience working within a similar industry is preferable not essential
- Experience in working with a reservation system is desired but not essential

Vehicle Services Agent – Auckland, Christchurch & Queenstown

Vehicle Service Agent
Location: Auckland, Christchurch & Queenstown

We’re seeking our next Vehicle Service Agent super star to work with our 100% Kiwi owned and operated business!
You’ll be an integral of the team helping get our customers on the road; your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning, grooming our fleet of vehicles and ensuring they are prepared for hire and sale
- Undertaking vehicle checks on presentation, cleanliness, body condition and basic standard mechanical checks
- Organsing our yard and off-site storage standards
- Undertaking damage assessment and report findings to Manager
- Assisting with obtaining vehicle registrations and warrant of fitness
- Assisting with the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from airport, wash bay, overflow parking and to off-site suppliers or potential buyers
